Participation

All Q ArtPass programs are offered at no cost to participating students and schools.

Q ArtPass events are open to all students. Programs are primarily available on a first-come, first-served basis. Small-group experiences may require a “nomination” from a teacher or youth staff member to ensure we create the best fit for each experience.

Participation is coordinated through schools, with teacher or school-affiliated supervision. Transportation and permissions are typically managed at the school, district, or non-profit level. Transportation funding may be available with Q ArtPass as needed.

Additional details are shared with participating teachers in advance of each program. We offer a small stipends to teachers and non-profit staff who attend our events, as a thank you for their incredible work with youth,

Further information about participating artists and institutions is available through their respective websites.
